  • Q? Do I need a prescription when ordering?
  • A. You must have a prescription when you import generic medications to any country.
  • Q? How do I make a purchase?
  • A. To make a purchase, SELECT your items then go to the checkout where you can opt to complete a ‘one-time’ order or choose to create an account.

    Your transaction information is safe and protected. We do not share your personal details to anyone including third parties. On receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation of your purchase. There are two postal options to choose from. See Delivery details for more information.

    Orders over $150 are shipped free.

    We accept the cancellations of any order prior to orders being dispatched. Please email us immediately when you require a cancellation. Should you cancel your order and the goods have not been dispatched, a complete refund will be provided to you when sent back.
  • Q? How long do deliveries take?
  • A. About 10 - 14 days
  • Q? What are generic brand medications?
  • A. Generic medications are legally manufactured by reputable and licensed, multinational pharmaceutical companies located in India. These generic brand medications work the same way as brand name medications.
  • Q? Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
  • A. Yes, absolutely! If it does fail to arrive quickly please check your junk or spam folders.
  • Q? How are my items packaged & delivered?
  • A. All packages are discreetly addressed with no contents description on the outside of the package. All orders are dispatched to you in a secure package with your address and tracking number. The tablets are contained in factory sealed and tamper proof blister foil packaging with the manufacturers name and expiry date on each packet.
  • Q? Where do my ED meds come from?
  • A. All customers will receive a tracking number. This is sent by email once an order is dispatched. By following the track number you will be able to follow your orders progress.

    We understand occasionally an order can go astray or be delayed. If in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, contact us and we will assist with locating it for you.

    *If your order is lost it will be reshipped to you.

    **If your order is not delivered within 60 days you will be fully refunded.

  • A. If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your purchased item, just contact us after it arrives to arrange a return / payment refund. We aim to answer all of your questions, if we’ve missed something just contact us
