  • Q? Do I need a prescription when ordering?
  • A. As per Australian law, you must have an Australian prescription written by an Australian doctor when you import generic medications. Under the Australian Government TGA Personal Importation Scheme you may import a three month supply for personal use - (www.tga.gov.au/products/unapproved-therapeutic-goods/personal-importation-scheme)
  • Q? How do I make a purchase?
  • A. To make a purchase, SELECT your items then go to the checkout where you can opt to complete a ‘one-time’ order or choose to create an account.

    Prices displayed are in Australian dollars. Your transaction information is safe and protected. We do not share your personal details to anyone including third parties. On receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation of your purchase. There are two postal options to choose from. See Delivery details for more information.

    Orders over $150 are shipped free.

    We accept the cancellations of any order prior to orders being dispatched. Please email us immediately when you require a cancellation. Should you cancel your order and the goods have not been dispatched, a complete refund will be provided to you when sent back.
  • Q? Will customs intervene my purchase?
  • A. All the generic medications supplied have the necessary documentation attached to ensure that orders arrive promptly to you in Australia. The medications supplied can be legally imported. While a package may occasionally be inspected by Australian customs on arrival, it will not be confiscated.

  • A. All customers will receive a tracking number. This is sent by email once an order is dispatched. By following the track number you will be able to follow your orders progress.

    We understand occasionally an order can go astray or be delayed. If in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, contact us and we will assist with locating it for you.

What is Generic Viagra?
Generic Viagra (Sildenafil) is the most well-known of the three as it has been around for over 15 years. This means that a lot is known about its effects and side effects. It works within an hour of taking a tablet, and is best taken on an empty stomach. The effects of Viagra will last for four to six hours.
What is Generic Levitra?
